Quintus Fernando, originally from Ceylon (Sri Lanka), was a stamp collector that specialized in Mexican Stamps. His other areas of interest were stamps from Bolivia, Nicaragua, Ceylon and Australia. He had many award winning stamp exhibitions that included original research. The papers consist of photos, award certificates, catalogs, and collected articles.
