Foxboro Boys Prep Ranch was located 26 miles south of Flagstaff. In 1949 it became coeducational and was renamed Tocaloma-Foxboro Ranch. The ranch was later used as a movie set.
Rainbow Forest Lodge was a Fred Harvey establishment at Petrified Forest.
It is possible that Foxboro Ranches was the precursor to the development known today as Foxboro Ranch Estates.
The collection contains fifty images that depict school scenes the Foxboro Ranch, Flagstaff; Holbrook, AZ business district, 1925; Petrified Forest custodian's office, 1925; Sedona; All Indian Pow Wow Parade, Flagstaff, 1930; and Cameron Post Office and Little Colorado Trading Post
