Biographical NoteLeslie Goodluck was born December 10, 1909 and died in 1977. Charles Tsoi Goodluck was born June 14, 1904 and died in 1973. Their daughter, Charlotte Goodluck, is a Professor of Sociology and Social Work at Northern Arizona University.
