This collection contains reviews, articles, press releases, and brochures documenting United States theatre activity (excluding Arizona) from the 1970s to 2007.
Series I: National Theatre Companies houses articles, reviews, and press releases pertaining to United States theatre companies performing for adult audiences all over the nation. These companies include professional and university theatres as well as producing organizations. This series is arranged alphabetically by title.
Series II: Plays houses articles, press releases, and reviews concerning nationally touring productions. It is arranged alphabetically by the title of the production.
Series III: National Theatre-Related Awards and Organizations houses articles, brochures, and newsletters documenting theatre-related awards and organizations. It is arranged alphabetically by name of organization.
Series IV: Oversize houses articles and ephemera too large to fit into the other boxes in this collection. These items can be located via notes in related files in series listed above. This series is arranged by size.
To view this collection, make an appointment at least five business days prior to your visit by contacting Ask an Archivist or calling (480) 965-4932. Appointments in the Wurzburger Reading Room at Hayden Library (rm. 138) on the Tempe campus are available Monday through Friday. Check the ASU Library Hours page for current availability.
