Biographical Note

Bill Bishop was supervisor of one of Arizona's first Hotshot crews in the 1970s.

Scope and Content

These photographs document the Battle Fire, Prescott National Forest, a prescirbed burn and thinning of ponderosa pine in the Coconino National Forest, the slurry base at the Farmington, New MExico airport, fire crews and Molera Fire, Los Padres National Forest, Clifornia, 1972.
