Biographical Note

Malcolm Mackey was raised in Flagstaff, Arizona, where his father, A.J. Mackey, was a dentist. He taught at the Arizona State Teachers College and has been a civic leader in Flagstaff throughout his life. Mr. Mackey has been involved in such ventures as Flagstaff water works projects, procuring a Steam Locomotive for the Arizona Historical Society, and has served on the Coconino Community College Advisory Board. His life long interest in trains is reflected in this collection.
