 Abstract:  Typescript and printed materials, chiefly deeds of sale 1879-1899, relating to the San Juan de la Boquillas y Nogales land grant. Land originally granted to Captain Ygnacio Elias Gonzales and Juan Nepomucino Felix. Included are documents filed with Court of Private Land Claims by William R. Hearst and Phoebe A. Hearst concerning rights to this land in 1891.

All of these descriptions were originally entered into ASC's Special Materials Index between 1996 and 2014.
