	Abstract:	Teatro Libertad was a Chicano street theater group that was founded in 1975 in Tucson, Arizona. Over the course of 10 years, it produced a number of plays and skits, performing them in a variety of places, from cotton fields to local neighborhood centers to international theater festivals. The group worked collectively to write their own material. Their focus was on issues affecting the Mexican American community and the working class. The material included in this collection is comprised primarily of original scripts, photographs, publicity, news articles and organizational documents.

Schloss fled his German homeland during World War II, was a refugee in Switzerland, and then emigrated to the United States with his wife, where he would settle in Tucson as a working doctor. The collection contains Schloss' personal and professional correspondence, diaries, personal papers and family history research, professional papers on research, subject files on areas on interest to Gerd in his personal life, as well as many of Schloss' publication.

	Abstract:	The Rubén Darío Papers contain approximately 900 handwritten pages of poetry, essays, short stories, diplomatic memos, and personal letters created by Nicaraguan poet Rubén Darío (1867-1916). These manuscripts document Darío's life and work as a journalist, diplomat, and poet between 1882 and 1915. The origination of some of these papers has been questioned in journalistic reports. The most recent scholarly evaluation of which we are aware is that of José María Martínez in 2013, published in Siglo Diecinueve (https://doi.org/10.37677/sigloxix.vi19.105). We welcome visitors who wish to examine the collection under our customary procedures.

The largest part of the collection is Series II: Production, which documents Graham's professional and academic acting and directing career. The majority of these materials record the family's life in Seattle, Ben Ohnick's career in the Philippines, Ben and Tom Ohnick's military service during World War I, and Marion Ohnick's operatic career under the stage name Haru Onuki. Other records show Helen Ohnick's work as a real estate broker, Tom Ohnick's high school football teams, and Hachiro Ohnick's emigration to the United States and work in early Phoenix.

	Abstract:	The interviews in this collection chronicle the growth of Flagstaff's African American community. Following World War II, a significant migration occurred when African American sawmill workers from the southern states found they could earn a higher income in the southwest. In Flagstaff, they found a small logging town unaccustomed to their culture. According to their place of origin, some migrants perceived the city to be relatively accommodating while others did not. Most interviews include informal discussion of the timber industry, World War II, civil rights, and the Flagstaff police department. Project funded by the Arizona Humanities Council.

Old Timers' Trip through the Grand Canyon, her decision to donate her papers to Cline Library's Special Collections and Archives in 1995, and her interactions with researchers and others interested in river rafting in the Grand Canyon.
