Los materiales incluyen expedientes de afiliados cuales contienen registros legales y de seguro, correspondencia de las logias, fichas administrativas como actas de reuniones y documentos financieros, y materiales impresos. Los materiales son en su mayoría escritos en español. La Alianza era conocida como defensor de los derechos civiles y de los derechos de educación de los mexicanos-americanos. Also included are photographs of children descending from the families of early Miami settlers. All of these images are copied from Miami High School's yearbook, the Concentrator.
