 Abstract:  Typescript about the archaeology of early native peoples in the southwest region of Texas and across the border into Coahuila, Mexico. Martin describes a culture, also referred to as Toboso, that he has named the Big Bend Basket-Makers, because of similarities with the Basket Makers of Arizona and New Mexico. He discusses linguistic groups and migrations, as well as diagnostic traits related to skull shape, textiles, baskets, cloud-blowers, and projectile points. Photographs of a map and projectile points are attached.

 Abstract:  Religious manuscript written at the Pumpuang Monastery, Thailand, in 1939. The form is that of a "parabaik;" that is, the heavy paper is folded like an accordion. The writing is lengthwise on both sides of the rectangular paper. Contains 14 panels of handpainted Buddhist imagery, in seven pairs that flank the text. Dominant colors are blue, red, green black and white, with some gold illumination. Scenes include Buddha, shrines, gods in the heavens, demons, a man in a water-lily pond, hellish scenes of people being tortured, black birds at the edge of a pond, and a couple receiving a gold bracelet from the sky.

Pima Land Claim Case Files, 1683-1974. arrangement varies by series. The bulk of the collection consists of the Pima Land Claim Case Files, 1683-1974. This includes correspondence with the law firm of Cox and Cox, and Henry F. Dobyns; also transcripts of the court hearings. Background information, in support of claims by the Pima-Maricopa, includes photocopies of primary source material from the Spanish, Mexican, and American periods. The rest of the collection includes various materials relating to Ezell's work and professional interests: diaries, record books, correspondence with colleagues, published and unpublished reports and articles, reviews, drawings, charts, maps of southern Arizona, microfilms, audiotapes, black-and-white photographs, negatives, and color slides.
