The collection documents thirty-three years of his professional career in theatre for youth as director and educator at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. It has bulk dates of 1972 through 2000 and is divided into the following series: Professional History, Artistic Director, United States Theatre Companies Reference Files, and Theatre for Youth Reference Files.

 Abstract:  The Harlan Gallery (1972-1978), located in Tucson, Arizona, was owned by Roger and Pamela Harlan. The collection contains information about the Harlan Gallery, such as correspondence, photographs, and newspaper clippings. This collection also has materials pertaining to various, featured artists of the Harlan Gallery. These materials include artwork, publicity materials, correspondence, and photographic materials.

 Abstract:  The Wingspan LGBT Community Center records consist of materials related to over 25 years as a non-profit supporting LGBTQI communities. From programming to grants written and received to the Wingspan Film Festival materials to organizational materials related to bylaws, executive director notes, and meeting minutes, this collection offers a full historical picture of Wingspan, Southern Arizona's LGBTQ Community Center which closed its doors in July 2014. This collection is part of the Arizona Queer Archives (AQA), a community focused archive through the Institute for LGBT Studies at the University of Arizona. It was transferred to Special Collections in 2020.

 Abstract:  Papers, 1967-1994. This collection is comprised of the papers of the Southwest Parks and Monuments Association (SPMA) and the Hubbell Trading Post which is operated by SPMA. Items include business files and SPMA publications. The bulk of the materials include financial ledgers and correspondence. Also included are photographs of the Indian rugs sold by the Hubbell Trading Post, interviews by the rug weavers and some historical documents about the Hubbell Trading Post.
