 Abstract:  The Kay Emig Photographs consist of two boxes of photographs and slides that Emig used while preparing the paintings of Arizona motels included in her Motel Fantasyland show, which she presented at Arizona State University's Harry Wood Gallery in September of 1995 as part of her MFA degree. Emig grouped these images into four regions: Northwest, Northeast, Southwest, and Southeast.
