 Abstract:  This photograph album consists primarily of snapshots showing student life at Arizona State Teachers College (now Arizona State University) from 1930 to 1931, including views of campus and such aspects of student life as track meets, football games, homecomings, Alpha Hall dormitory for men, and students. Also included are pictures taken during car trips around the state showing landscapes and scenes in Bisbee, Prescott, Flagstaff, Tucson, and Ray. A few photographs of Ray were taken during the 1920s and depict members of the Bartell family and their friends.

Typescript (carbon) prepared by Guy J. Giffen, California author, of marginal notes made by J. C. Hancock in his copy of Tombstone: an Illiad of the Southwest.
