 Abstract:  The Steward Observatory, established in 1916, is the research division of the Department of Astronomy and Steward Observatory at the University of Arizona. The observatory began to receive visitors in 1923, when the first building and telescope were installed. In addition to the observational and theoretical research conducted by astronomers, the scientists at the Steward Observatory also continue to play a critical role in significant space astronomy missions, such as the Hubble Space Telescope. This collection contains a guestbook for the Steward Observatory with entries from 1923 to 2016. Notable entries include the 30th United States President Calvin Coolidge and astronomers Vera Rubin, Vesto M. Slipher, and Frank Drake.
