In addition to his professional work and research he was very interested in documenting prehistoric rock art and traveled extensively to visit hundreds of sites. This collection consists of slides, photographs, maps, and other documentation of both well-known and more obscure rock art sites visited by Widdison, mostly in the American Southwest but also throughout Canada, Mexico, and Europe.
