These collections generally consist of 1-2 folders and document Mexican American history in Arizona from the late 19th century to the early 21st century. Manuscripts, personal papers, professional papers, and family history projects are included. Among the organizations that Gutiérrez helped to create and collaborated with are the Arizona Farm Workers, the United Farm Workers, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Maricopa County Organizing Project. This collection has not been processed in full and can be viewed only by appointment.
