The vast majority of the photographs depict Park Central and some of its individual stores as they appeared in approximately the 1980s; other photographs include images showing the mall's initial construction and aerial views picturing the mall and its surroundings. Most of the blueprints depict the mall's original layout and construction and date from approximately 1956. In the case of Diamond's and Goldwaters', blueprints documenting later additions and changes are also present. The scrapbooks consist primarily of newspaper clippings documenting promotions and other events sponsored by and/or hosted at Park Central.
