(bulk 1957-1993) ead | | | | Date(s): | 1659-2010 (bulk 1957-1993) | | | | Abstract: | The Ken Wolfgang collection is comprised of materials created by Ken Wolfgang in the production of travelogue and corporate films produced by his film company, Kensharo Productions which was based in Sonoita, Arizona. The Collection is comprised of prints and camera negatives of completed films, such as The Japanese Sword as the Soul of the Samurai and Austrian Reflections, as well as excess and outtake footage shot on various formats. The collection also includes photographic materials which document the production of his various travelogue films in locations such as India, Japan, Austria, and Mexico as well as images and negatives of Arizona, Tucson, and the United States. Other materials represented in the collection include promotional materials for films, scrapbooks, and artifacts such as samurai swords and traditional Japanese Ceremonial Clothing. and ephemera on the Jim Toevs congressional campaign in 1991, materials from the Be True
to Yourself Film Campaign in 1991, and a report on diversity and queer presence at the U
of A (circa 1990). This collection is part of the Arizona Queer Archives (AQA), a
community focused archive through the Institute for LGBT Studies at the University of

than forty years, has included work as a costume designer and wardrobe supervisor
for prominent television and theatre productions, including the Academy Awards.
Damron's fifteen scrapbooks begin when he was a kindergarten student and continue
through 2006, spanning his years as a student at the University of Arizona and his
