The volume documents three areas: Broken Flute Cave, Prayer Rock Cove, and Black Horse Canyon. Broken Flute Cave notes cover rooms 1-16, burials, and cists 33-65, including a cross section through the Great Kiva Circle. Prayer Rock Cove notes cover Caves I-VI and Ram's Horn Cave, with rooms, masonry structures, floors, and cists documented for each. Black Horse Canyon notes cover Caves VII and VIII. Table of contents and pagination were added by J.
